However, tonight, the dark haired hostess almost ran over me, saying "excuse me, excuse me, excuse me" in a loud rude tone. I was ok that they were on a 10 minute wait, but to act as if the place was on fire is inexcusable & to act as if a customer is in your way of grabbing a few menus is as well. So, tonight, O'Charley's got my money.February 17, 2017
