  I've always gone to this Starbucks. I go every day. The customer service is great. The employees there know me by name and know what coffee I want without me telling them. The coffee has always been great there. The employees have always made it just the way I like it. Yet, for some reason this year the owner of this store has changed the pump for the pumpkin spice. Not to mention this drink is only seasonal and it's my favorite. But now it never seems to taste right from this Starbucks. I'm sure it's due to the pump change. I spend too much money there to waste it on a drink I can't even drink anymore due to the changes that have been made. I now have decided to give up on this Starbucks, after years of being a loyal customer and go to one that makes my drink the way it's suppose to be. Too much money spent there every day not to enjoy the drink I've loved for years.
